We are always looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes

Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

Handle VLT customer tickets cash out during operating hours.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in bartending or a related role is required

Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions

Familiarity with the restaurant or food industry environment

Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively

Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

VLT experience is a plus
LINE COOK
We are always looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
