BARTENDER /SERVER – 5 Yrs Experience and Proserve req

We are always looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes

  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

  • Handle VLT customer tickets cash out during operating hours.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bartending or a related role is required

  • Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling transactions

  • Familiarity with the restaurant or food industry environment

  • Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively

  • Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • VLT experience is a plus

LINE COOK

We are always looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.

  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

  • Help create new menu items by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes or specials.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.

  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
